Questions

Before you ask

What does it cost?: It depends on the program. Some are free because they're already built and run online. Some need a local sponsor, an employer or a municipality to fund delivery. We'll tell you which before you commit to anything, and we don't ask for donations — we're a for-profit company, not a charity.
Are you going to tell us what our community needs?: No. You know your community and we don't. We bring programming, a platform, facilitators and a provincial network. You bring the knowledge, the relationships and the people. If those two things don't fit together, we'll say so.
How big is Launch League?: Small and honest about it. We're based in Chatham-Kent, the entrepreneurship program and competition are live province-wide, and much of the wider programming is being built through the fall. What you see on this site is what exists.
Do you work with organizations outside Chatham-Kent?: Yes. Everything online is open to any Ontario community today, and in-person work depends on travel, timing and whether there's a local partner to work with. Chatham-Kent is home and the place we can do the most hands-on work.
What do you need from us to start?: A conversation. After that, usually a room, a date, and someone locally who can get the word out.
