AI for Business Bootcamp · founding cohort
Four weeks from AI experiments to workflows you use every week
Live, hands-on and built around your own business: sales, marketing and admin. Not another course you buy and never finish.
Who it's for
Owners who know AI could help, and haven't got past the demo
- You run a small business or practice, or work solo
- You've tried ChatGPT and it hasn't changed how you work
- You still write the same emails and quotes over and over
- You'll give it about four hours a week for four weeks, live sessions included
- You want it done for you: see AI Systems
- You want a promise of more revenue. No one honest makes one
- You can't make the live sessions or do the assignments
What you leave with
Working systems, not a folder of notes
By the end, if you do the assignments, you have three tested, reusable AI workflows for your own business, one automation or integration where it's feasible, a basic AI usage policy for your team, and a 90-day implementation plan.
- Workbook and session recordings
- Step-by-step workflow instructions and example files
- P.R.O.F.I.T. scorecards and an ROI tracker
- A prompt-building guide
- An AI usage policy template for your team
- Implementation checklists

Why Launch League
An operator, not an AI influencer
I'm Nick Gonzalez. Ten years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard, then eight years leading operations and growth at a company of more than 100 people. I use AI to run my own business, and I teach the way I'd want to be taught: on real work, measured honestly.
This is the founding cohort, so there are no testimonials yet. There is a guarantee.
The completion guarantee
Attend, do the assignments, and still can't get a qualifying workflow working? You get an extra one-to-one implementation session with me at no charge.
It guarantees support, not revenue or hours saved: those depend on your business and how you use what you build.
Enrol
$997 + HST, paid in full
Full refund any time before the first workshop. If fewer than five seats are paid by the decision date, the cohort doesn't run as planned and you choose: a full refund, or a seat in the next cohort.
Paid securely through Stripe, in Canadian dollars with HST. Enrolment closes when the cohort is full or at the first workshop. Software subscriptions are your own cost.
Questions
Before you enrol
- How much time does it take?
- About four hours a week for four weeks: two hours and a quarter live (a 90-minute workshop and a 45-minute clinic), plus about two hours on your own business between them. Nine live hours in all. If you can't give it that, an AI Systems install may suit you better.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. It starts with the fundamentals and works on tasks you already do. You don't need to write code.
- What will it cost beyond the seat?
- Possibly a paid AI subscription, typically a modest monthly fee, if you don't already have one. We'll tell you what's worth paying for in Week 1; nothing is required up front.
- What if the cohort doesn't fill?
- Full refund any time before the first workshop. If fewer than five seats are paid by the decision date, the cohort doesn't run as planned and you choose: a full refund, or a seat in the next cohort.
- Will it make me more money?
- I won't promise revenue or hours saved. We find the opportunity, measure your starting point and test whether what you build creates value.
- Can I send an employee instead, or as well?
- Yes. Each seat is one person. Two people from the same business? Email admin@launchleague.ca first.
- How is this different from the AI Implementation Lab?
- The Lab (US$70 a month on Skool) is self-paced with one group build call a week. The Bootcamp is live and structured: eight sessions, help on your own business, personal feedback, accountability and a defined outcome at the end.
- Is it recorded?
- Yes, workshops are recorded for participants. The clinics work best live, on your own problems.
