Launch League · For established service businesses
Stop losing jobs you already paid to win
Help established service businesses recover lost leads, follow up every estimate, automate administrative work and turn more of their calls into profitable jobs.
Who it's for
Built for shops with real call volume
Established HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home-service businesses, roughly 10 to 100 staff, with a dispatcher or office team and an owner who decides.
Why us
Built by someone who has led a substantial HVAC, plumbing and electrical operation: technicians, dispatch, customer service and operating budgets. Most AI consultants have never run one.
What we measure, every month
- Calls answered or returned within 5 minutes
- Estimates followed up within 48 hours
- Estimate close rate
- Revenue from recovered estimates and calls
- Office hours saved each week
How it works
Assess, build, then run it with you
Revenue-leak assessment
Missed calls, slow lead response, estimates nobody followed up, admin time and what each costs. A written report with the dollar figure and the fix.Implementation
The workflows that close the leaks, built in the client's own tools: missed-call recovery, lead response, estimate follow-up, admin automation and a daily management report. Staff trained, a person approves every customer message.Monthly management
Monitoring, fixes and improvements, a monthly results review against the baseline, and the next workflow when the numbers say so. Terms are set in the written proposal.
Safeguards
Your data and your customers stay yours
You keep control of your data
We work only with data you approve, in accounts you own, with access limited to what the job needs. Sensitive information stays out of AI tools unless they're properly authorized and configured. When we're done, our access is removed.
A person approves what matters
Anything that goes to a customer, touches money, involves a technical decision or can't be undone starts in draft or approval mode. It gets more independence only after testing, and only if you agree.
Start here
Tell us where it leaks
The way in is a paid pilot: the AI Opportunity Audit, or one workflow as an AI Profit Sprint. Clients who see results move up to Revenue & AI Systems. Fill this in and Nick replies within one business day to set up a 15-minute call.
Questions
Straight answers
- What does it cost?
- It depends on how much is leaking and what it takes to fix. After a revenue-leak assessment you get a written proposal with the implementation fee, the monthly management fee and the numbers we expect to move. We only propose it when the recoverable revenue is clearly bigger than the fees.
- Will it make us money?
- We don't promise a figure. We measure where you are today, build the fixes, and report the same measures every month, so you can see whether it's paying for itself.
- Do we have to change software?
- No. We build into the tools you already use wherever we can: your phone system, CRM or field-service software, email and calendar.
- Does AI talk to our customers on its own?
- Not without approval. A person on your team approves every customer message until you decide otherwise, and nothing sensitive goes into an AI tool without your permission.
- Can we start smaller?
- Yes, and most clients should. The AI Opportunity Audit or a single AI Profit Sprint is a paid pilot that proves the result before anything bigger.
Fees are in Canadian dollars plus HST, set out in a written proposal before any work starts. Launch League is based in Chatham-Kent, Ontario; this work helps fund its free youth programs. See also all AI implementation services.
