AI Systems · done for you
You don't need another AI course. You need it built.
One workflow that removes a real bottleneck, scoped in writing, built, tested with you and handed over with documentation and training.
Three systems most businesses need
Start with one of these
Lead Response Assistant
The problem: Enquiries sit unanswered, or get a slow, inconsistent reply.
How it works: A new enquiry is sorted, a reply is drafted from your approved answers, and the lead is tracked until someone follows up.
What you provide: Your services, your answers and your rules. A person approves replies until testing shows it can be trusted to do more.
Proposal Builder
The problem: Quotes take hours, and every one is written from scratch.
How it works: Your notes from a customer conversation become a professional draft proposal, using your approved services, pricing rules and terms.
What you provide: Your price list and past proposals. A person checks every price and term before anything is sent.
SOP Builder
The problem: How the work gets done lives in one person's head.
How it works: You explain or record a process once; it becomes a clear written procedure your team can train from.
What you provide: Time to walk through each process, and a person who reviews every procedure before it's used.

Questions
Straight answers
- What does the price include?
- The scope in your written statement of work: the workflow, the connected systems, the working sessions, documentation, training, acceptance testing and a fix period after launch. New features are quoted separately.
- How do I pay?
- Half to start, half after you've tested it and signed off. Prices are in Canadian dollars plus HST.
- What are the running costs?
- Your software subscriptions and AI usage, billed by the providers or passed through at cost. You'll know the expected monthly cost before anything is built.
- Will the AI talk to my customers on its own?
- Not at first. Anything that reaches customers or money starts in draft or approval mode, and gets more independence only after it has been tested and you've agreed.
- Who owns it?
- You do: your accounts, your data, your documentation. If you stop working with me, it keeps running in your accounts.
