Strategy session
$150 + HST
One hour on the thing you are stuck on, and a written list of what to do next.

- — You send the problem in advance, so the hour is spent on it
- — A short written summary of what we decided, by email afterwards
Paid once, by card. You pick the time straight after paying. Your billing address is asked for so the HST is worked out correctly.
Monthly coaching
$750 / month + HST
A standing session on the things that actually move the business: the offer, the pricing, the numbers, and the one thing you keep avoiding.
- — Two 60-minute working sessions a month
- — Email in between, answered within two business days
- — A 90-day priority and a weekly scorecard
- — Cancel any time before your next billing date
Billed monthly by card. Cancel any time before your next billing date by emailing admin@launchleague.ca. Your billing address is asked for so the HST is worked out correctly.

Coaching, not accounting, legal or tax advice. Where something needs a licensed professional, Nick says so and suggests who to ask. No particular result is promised: you are paying for the time, the structure and someone who asks about it next week.
Questions
Straight answers
- Is there a free call first?
- No. The strategy session is the way to try it: one paid hour on a real problem, so you find out whether working together helps by actually doing it. If it does, start the monthly coaching. If it doesn't, you have still had an hour of useful work.
- Who is this for?
- Owners of small businesses who are busy, earning enough to keep going, and stuck on something: pricing, the offer, the numbers, hiring, or the one decision that keeps getting put off. Over video anywhere in Ontario, or in person in Chatham-Kent.
- How do I cancel the monthly coaching?
- Email admin@launchleague.ca any time before your next billing date and it stops there. There is no contract and no minimum term. Months already paid for are not refunded.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- Reply to your booking confirmation at least 24 hours ahead and we move it. If we never meet for a session you have paid for, you get that money back.
- Is HST added?
- Yes, 13% in Ontario, worked out from your billing address at checkout. Launch League's HST number is 72585 8757 RT0001.
