Personal planning · Ontario

Stop starting the year with resolutions. Start with a real plan.

Business planning, for your life. Two sessions with me and you leave with a written plan for 2027: three to five goals that matter, quarterly milestones, and exactly what you'll do in your first 90 days.

Why this exists

Companies plan. Most people hope.

Every decent business spends real time on its plan: where it is, where it's going, what it will stop doing, and what has to happen each quarter to get there. Then it checks.

Most of us give our own careers, money, health and families a resolution on January 1 and a guilty feeling by February. Not because we don't care. Because nobody ever sat down with us and did the planning properly.

That's what this is. The same discipline a well-run company uses, pointed at your life, with someone across the table who has done it for real.

What you leave with

Your 2027, on paper

  • A personal review of your 2026: what worked, what didn't, and why
  • An honest look at the major areas of your life and where each one stands
  • A clear picture of December 31, 2027, written in your words
  • Three to five goals that actually matter to you
  • Career, money and personal growth objectives
  • Quarterly milestones, so you know by March whether it's working
  • Your first 90 days, broken into weekly actions
  • Your plan as a finished PDF: My 2027 Strategic Plan
  • A 30-minute follow-up to clear the first obstacles

We look at every part of your life, not just work: career or business, money, health and energy, family and relationships, personal growth, community and fun.

How it works

About four hours of your time, start to finish

  1. Prework, about 45 minutes

A short written assessment, at home, before we meet. It does the remembering so our time goes on decisions.
  2. Session 1, 90 minutes

We review 2026, look at each part of your life, and set your vision for the end of 2027.
  3. Between sessions

I draft your plan from what you said: goals, milestones and a first 90 days.
  4. Session 2, 60 minutes

We pressure-test the draft, cut what doesn't belong, and lock in your quarterly milestones and first 90 days.
  5. Follow-up, 30 minutes

A few weeks in, we review what has happened and remove the early obstacles before they become reasons to quit.

Honestly

Who this is for, and who it isn't

A good fit if
  • You've had a busy year and want the next one to be on purpose
  • You're at a turning point: a new role, a move, a business, a family change
  • You're good at planning other people's work and never get to your own
  • You'll do the prework and show up honestly
Not a fit if
  • You want motivation or a pep talk. This is planning work
  • You want someone to set your goals for you
  • You're in crisis and need a counsellor first. Start there, and come back

Who you'd work with

An operator, not a motivational speaker

I'm Nick Gonzalez, founder of Launch League. I spent ten years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard, in construction and financial management, then eight years leading operations and growth at a company of more than 100 people. Budgets, teams, quarterly targets, and the unglamorous follow-through that makes a plan real.

That's what I bring to your plan: not a system from a book, but the way a well-run operation decides what matters, says no to the rest, and checks every quarter whether it's working.

Questions

Before you decide

How much does it cost?
$495 plus HST for the whole package: the prework, both sessions, your written plan and the follow-up. The first 10 clients pay $495; after that it is $795. Quarterly Accountability through 2027 is $395 more, if you want it.
How much of my time does it take?
About four hours in all: 45 minutes of prework, a 90-minute session, a 60-minute session and a 30-minute follow-up a few weeks later.
Is it in person or online?
Over video anywhere in Ontario, or in person in Chatham-Kent if you're local. Same sessions, same plan.
How is this different from New Year's resolutions?
A resolution is a wish with a date on it. This is a plan: what you're aiming for and why, what you're giving up to get there, what done looks like each quarter, and what you'll actually do in the first 90 days. You leave with it written down.
Do I need to read anything or prepare?
Just the prework. It's a short written assessment you do at home before the first session, so our time goes on decisions instead of remembering.
Is this therapy or financial advice?
Neither. It's planning and accountability. If something in your plan needs a professional, a financial planner, an accountant or a counsellor, I'll say so and help you make it a step in the plan.
I own a business. Should I plan the business instead?
This plan is for you: your work, money, health, family and growth, with the business as one part of it. If you want help running the business itself, that's what business coaching is for.
When can we start?
Sessions run from November 2026 through January 2027. Earlier is better: you want the plan in hand before January 1, not halfway through it.
