- Will you get me to number one on Google?
- Nobody honest can promise that. What we can do is fix the things that stop you showing up: titles, speed, mobile layout, your Google Business Profile and your reviews. You get a list of exactly what changed.
- Do I own my website?
- Yes. A site we build is yours, and if you ever leave we hand it over. No hostage domains.
- Do I have to change my phone number for missed-call text-back?
- We go through how it connects to the number you already have before anything is set up, and nothing changes until you've agreed to how it will work.
- Is the AI going to say something wrong to my customers?
- It's set up with what your business actually does, your prices and what it must never promise, and we test it with you before it goes live. Every conversation lands in your inbox, so you can see what it said and step in.
- Can I cancel the monthly plan?
- Yes, with a month's notice in writing. No contract. The monthly fee covers keeping everything running and adjusting it as you go.
- Why isn't there a free call?
- Because a written quote is more useful. Tell us what you need in the form and Nick replies personally, usually within two business days, with the scope and the price in writing, or with the questions he needs answered first.
- Is HST included?
- No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and 13% HST is added. Launch League's HST number is 72585 8757 RT0001.
