For established service businesses
Revenue & AI Systems: assess, build, manage
Help established service businesses recover lost leads, follow up every estimate, automate administrative work and turn more of their calls into profitable jobs.
A revenue-leak assessment, the fixes built in your own tools, then monthly management measured against your numbers. Priced by written proposal. The way in is a paid pilot: the AI Opportunity Audit, or one workflow as an AI Profit Sprint. Clients who see results move up to Revenue & AI Systems.

Bigger projects
More than one workflow? AI Systems
Connected workflows and larger integrations, scoped in writing.
In every engagement
Two safeguards we never skip
You keep control of your data
We work only with data you approve, in accounts you own, with access limited to what the job needs. Sensitive information stays out of AI tools unless they're properly authorized and configured. When we're done, our access is removed.A person approves what matters
Anything that goes to a customer, touches money, involves a technical decision or can't be undone starts in draft or approval mode. It gets more independence only after testing, and only if you agree.

Questions
Straight answers
- Where should I start?
- With the problem that costs you most. For most contractors that's quoted work nobody followed up, which is the AI Profit Sprint. Not sure? The AI Opportunity Audit ($297 plus HST) finds your three best projects and is credited toward any of them.
- Can I combine services?
- Yes. A common start is team training plus a Sprint, or a data cleanup before a Sprint so the workflow has clean records to work from. You get one written quote for the combination.
- Are these prices fixed?
- Yes, for the scope written on each one. Anything outside it is quoted in writing before any work starts, never added to the bill afterwards.
- Do you work outside Chatham-Kent?
- Yes. Most of the work happens over video across Ontario. On-site training within 150 km of Chatham-Kent is included; further away, travel is quoted at cost.
No revenue promises: we measure where you are, build it and test whether it creates value. Back to AI for Business.
